Function

DP 800 It is an advanced silicone additive that can be used in degradable materials:
1. Processing performance: Improve the compatibility between powder components and base materials, improve the processing fluidity of parts, and has efficient lubrication performance
2. Surface properties: Improve scratch resistance and wear resistance, reduce the surface friction coefficient of the product, effectively improve the surface feel of the material.
3. When used in degradable film materials, it can significantly improve antiblock of the film, avoid adhesion problems during the preparation process of the film and no effects on printing and heat sealing of degradable films.
4. Used for materials such as degradable straws, which can significantly improve processing lubricity and reduce extrusion die build up.

How to use

SILIMER DP 800 can be premixed with masterbatch, powder, etc. before processing, or can be added in proportion to produce masterbatch. The recommended addition amount is 0.2%~1%. The exact amount used depends on the composition of the polymer formulation.
