Anti-wear agent / abrasion masterbatch for shoes sole

Shoes are indispensable consumables for human beings. TPU is widely used in mountaineering shoes and safety soles due to its wide hardness range, cold resistance and good workability. However, the wear of the soles is very great in the mountaineering process, so it is recommended to add SILIKE NM-6,which is anti-abrasion masterbatch for TPU compounds, specially for TPU soles to improve their wear resistance.

TPR material is widely used as sole material for slippers, beach shoes and other shoes because of its light material and easy coloring. Compared with TPU, the wear resistance of TPR is not excellent. However, due to the characteristics of the upper of slippers and beach shoes, the SILIKE NM-1Y which is anti-abrasion masterbatch for TPR compounds developed specifically for TPR soles is more needed to extend its service life.

Rubber shoes are often used as sole materials for special sports due to their wide application range of anti-skid properties, such as boxing. Strong sports require higher wear resistance of soles, so it is not enough to rely only on the wear resistance of rubber materials itself. It is recommended to add SILIKE NM-3C and SLK-Si69 which is anti-abrasion masterbatch for rubber(SBR) compounds. It is specially developed for rubber soles, to improve the wear resistance of rubber soles.
