SILIMER 9301 is a processing agent for extrusion of Polyethylene material with PE as the carrier launched by our company. It is an organic modified polysiloxane masterbatch product, which can migrate to the processing equipment and have an effect during processing by taking advantage of the excellent initial lubrication effect of polysiloxane and the polarity effect of modified groups. A small amount of dosage can effectively improve the fluidity and processability, reduce die drool during the extrusion and improve the phenomenon of shark skin, widely used to improve the lubrication and surface characteristics of plastic extrusion.

Application advantages

How to use

Mix SILIMER-9301 with compatible resin and extrude directly after being mixed in proportion.

Dosage

Replace PPA to improve lubrication and die drool suggested addition amount at 0.5-2%; to reduce friction coefficient, recommended at 5-10%.

Transportation & Storage

This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50 ° C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.

Package & Shelf life

The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
