This masterbatch is specially developed for HFFR cables compounds, TPE, the preparation of color concentrates and technical compounds. Provides excellent thermal and color stability. Imparts positive influence on masterbatch rheology. It improves the dispersion property by better infiltration in fillers, increases productivity, and reduces the cost of coloration. It can be used for masterbatches based on polyolefins (especially PP), engineering compounds, plastic masterbatches, filled modified plastics, and filled compounds as well.
In addition, SILIMER 6200 is also used as a lubricant processing additive in a wide variety of polymers. It is compatible with PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PVC, TPE, and PET. Compare with those traditional external additives like Amide, Wax, Ester, etc, it’s more efficient without any migration problem.

1) Improve coloring strength;
2) Reduce filler and pigment reunion possibility;
3) Better dilution property;
4) Better Rheological properties (Flow ability, reduce die pressure, and extruder torque);
5) Improve production efficiency;
6) Excellent thermal stability and color fastness.
1) Improve processing, reduce extruder torque, and improve filler dispersion;
2) Internal & external lubricant, reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency;
3) composite and maintains the mechanical properties of the substrate itself;
4) Reduce the amount of compatibilizer, reduce product defects,
5) No precipitation after boiling test, keep long-term smoothness.
Addition levels between 1~2.5% are suggested. It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding and side feed. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended.
This masterbatch for engineering compound, plastic masterbatch, filled modified plastics, WPCs, and all kinds of polymer processing could be transported as non-hazardous chemicals. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 40°C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.
The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
