Benefits

1, SF 500E is used for high-speed packaging cigarette film that needs to have good hot and smooth performance on metal.

2, Adding SF 500E, friction coefficient with the temperature effect is small, high temperature hot smooth effect is good.

3, No precipitation in the processing process, will not produce white frost, extend the equipment cleaning cycle.

4, The maximum addition of SF 500E in the film is 5% (generally 0.5~5%), and the higher the addition amount will affect the transparency of the film. The greater the amount of addition, the thicker the film and the greater the influence of transparency.

5, If the film needs antistatic, can add antistatic masterbatch. If films need better anti-blocking properties and can be used with anti-blocking agents.

Application advantages

Surface performance: no precipitation, reduce the film surface friction coefficient, improve the surface smoothness;

Processing performance: with good processing lubricity, improve processing efficiency.

Typical application

For PE films which needs good slip and anti-blocking performances, reduces the surface friction coefficient, does not precipitate, and has a good improvement in processing performance.

Recommended Dosage

0.5 to 5% in the skin layers only and depending on the level of COF required. Detailed information available upon request.

Transportation & Storage

This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50 ° C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.

Package & Shelf life

The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
