SILIKE SILIMER 5064MB2 is a long-chain alkyl-modified siloxane masterbatch containing polar functional groups. It is mainly used in PE film systems and can significantly improve film anti-blocking performance and surface smoothness, while providing processing lubrication. It also helps reduce both dynamic and static coefficients of friction (COF), resulting in a smoother film surface.
At the same time, SILIMER 5064MB2 has a specially designed structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin, showing no precipitation, no impact on film transparency, and suitability for food-contact related applications.

1. When used Slip and Anti-Blocking Masterbatch SILIMER 5064MB2 in polyethylene films, it can significantly improve slip and anti-blocking performance, reduce film sticking during processing, greatly lower the dynamic and static coefficient of friction (COF), and maintain film transparency.
2. Under high-temperature or demanding processing conditions, the special copolymerized polysiloxane structure helps maintain long-lasting and stable slip performance.
3. Using copolymerized polysiloxane as the slip component, the product shows good compatibility with the matrix resin and features low migration behavior, helping reduce powdering or bloom-related issues in film products.
4. The film surface slip performance remains relatively stable under high-temperature conditions or before and after curing/aging processes.
5. It has no adverse effect on downstream converting operations such as printing, lamination, and heat sealing.
6. The silicone-containing slip component provides processing lubricity, helping improve extrusion efficiency and processing stability during production.
SILIMER 5064MB2 is a super slip and anti-blocking masterbatch suitable for PE, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, MDPE, and mLLDPE films, compatible with blown film, cast film, co-extrusion, stretch film, and selected laminated film structures. It is widely used in food and industrial packaging, agricultural films, stretch wrap, shopping and garbage bags, liners, protective and medical films, and household packaging, especially in applications requiring stable slip and anti-blocking performance.
To achieve good slip and anti-blocking performance, it should be directly added to the surface layer of the film. The recommended dosage is 1–6%.
This product could be transported as non-hazardous chemical. It is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool area with a storage temperature below 50°C to avoid agglomeration. The package must be well sealed after each use to prevent the product from being affected by moisture.
The standard packaging is a craft paper bag with PE inner bag with net weight of 25kg. Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months from the production date if kept in recommend storage.
