EVA film has been widely used for Packaging materials, daily necessities fields because of it’s excellent performance . But due to EVA resin is very sticky, demolding difficulties always happened during processing and the film easily bonding together after winding , not convenient for customer to use .

After long time R&D, we launched our new product LYPA-107 which is specially developed for EVA film. With LYPA-107,  not only adhesion problem solved effectively , but good surface smoothness and dry touch feel can be expected too . Meanwhile, this product is nontoxic, completely in line with ROHS directions .

Usage

Mix LYPA-107 and EVA resin at a proper proportion , blow molding or extrusion molding after drying . ( Best dosage should be determined by experiment )

Non- dangerous goods , Plastic-paper bag , 25kg /bag .
